Through studying Business Studies at Tudor Grange Redditch both at KS4 and KS5, our students gain business knowledge, understanding and skills. They understand current events in local, national and global contexts and learn how to use relevant terms, concepts and methods effectively to describe business and economical behaviour.
The new Computing curriculum began in September 2014 and it put ‘coding’ at the core of IT education. Students will develop ‘coding’ skills and knowledge and will use these to command computers to perform complex tasks. The students will be encouraged to be independent learners and thinkers whilst relying on their imaginations to create virtual worlds.
We have two recently refurbished ICT rooms where students have access to printers and scanners, as well as other IT equipment. Every IT suite contains interactive whiteboards and projectors.
Core values of TGAR
We want our students at TGAR to develop as independent learners and encourage them to use an enquiring, critical approach to distinguish facts from opinions, form arguments and make informed judgments.
